Dr. Manuel Méndez Bailón is a specialist in Internal Medicine at the Hospital Clínico San Carlos in Madrid, Spain, and an accredited Associate Professor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. His clinical and research interests focus on heart failure, cardiometabolic disease, vascular risk, and multimorbidity in hospitalized patients.
He is actively involved in several national and international research networks and registries related to heart failure and cardiovascular risk, including the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine registries. Dr. Méndez Bailón has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and contributes regularly to scientific meetings and collaborative research projects.
