Christel Gérardin is a physician-engineer and internist at AP-HP (Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris) and Sorbonne University, France. She serves as Medical and Scientific Director of the AP-HP Health Data Warehouse, one of Europe’s largest clinical data repositories. Her research focuses on natural language processing and large language models for clinical decision support, patient cohort identification, and electronic health record analysis. She leads the “AI & Pedagogy in Health” working group at Sorbonne University’s Faculty of Medicine and coordinates initiatives bridging clinical practice with AI innovation.
